The Axis Brothers

The Axis Brothers’ visceral improvisational music has captured the imagination of the live music scene as house band for a string of successful Star Sapphire events. Joining the band this tour is master percussionist Wally Ingram (Sheryl Crow). Past guests include Dave Schools (Widespread Panic), Derek Trucks (Allman Brothers Band, Derek Trucks Band).

The core Axis Brothers lineup features the inimitable Mighty Dave Pellicciaro on keys, the guitar wizardry of Chris Haugen, and the booty-shaking beats of Dale Fanning. Their superb musicianship, inspired performances and spontaneous, groove-based approach pushes the sound and musician alike to new horizons.
